Av Mode -

The photographer controls the aperture and ISO. The camera automatically sets the shutter speed for the photographer with a calculation for the correct exposure.

Tv Mode -

The photographer controls the ISO and shutter speed. The camera automatically sets the aperture for the phtographer with a calculation for the correct exposure.

Manual Mode-

The photographer controls all the settings for aperture that includes ISO, aperture, and shutter speed.
