Blog Post 11: Definition of Critique

To me, the definition of critique means to evaluate the strenghths and weaknesses of a photograph. When critiquing, you must take many things into consideration such as what story the author was attempting to convey through their picture. Critique should not be too harsh, becuase the viewer might no have the same perspective about the image that the author had. Critique should also not be judgemental because the point of critique is to aid the photographer in a way that will build he/she up and make he/she better at photography.
